Step 1: Get An Estimate
Most window and door companies want to send someone to your house before giving you a rough estimate of the cost, or at the very least, will make you speak with a salesperson. Either way, you’re forced to work around their business hours and required to give out personal information.
That is not our approach. We created our Instant Estimate Tool so that our customers could get a ballpark price of what they can expect to pay for their home improvement projects. There is no “waiting to speak to a representative” or any “in-home consultations” required. Simply choose the style of windows and doors you’re interested in, select the exact product type (vinyl, PVC, or clad), and input the quantity for an instant estimate. It’s that easy.
Step 2: Measuring
If you like the instant estimate you received on our website and would like to get an actual quote, a trained professional from our Orlando Windows and Doors Measurement Team will come to your home to obtain the exact dimensions of each window and door to be replaced. There is no charge for this appointment and it’s the only time someone from our company will come to your house, other than to install your products.
Step 3: Products Ordered
Once you receive your finalized quote and have decided you’d like to place an order, we do the heavy lifting for you! A member of our Orlando Windows and Doors Customer Support Team will order your products based on the measurements taken, and will then coordinate the delivery and installation around your schedule.
Step 4: Installation
Our professional installers have passed a background check and understand the importance of arriving on-time and leaving your home the way it appeared upon their arrival. They will remove and discard your old windows and doors, install your new products, and ensure everything is functioning properly.
Half of your order total will be due when the products are ordered and the remaining balance will be due at the time of install.
